There are things you want to do that drive your health and wealth down. You should avoid doing too much of that. One wasted hour leads to another.

Then there are things that lift you up. Some more than others. Some more now than others now. There are things you should do in the morning, things you should do in your 20s, things you should do in the first week of the month.

You will find the right things to do. It is only necessary to think about it. Concentrate on the thinking and it will not take you long to figure it out.

Once you’ve picked the next thing you’re going to do, go and do it until you’re done. Then move on to the next thing.
