When faced with the terrifying lake of fire before you, do not turn away. This is your chance to cross the bridge of fear and make it go away.

Find your courage, begin with the first step. Then on to the next one. And so on. This is your walk on fire. Look ahead and take heart. Soon enough it will be over. You will be safe and sound on the other side.

Now the fear has no power over you. The mind has overcome the hardship and the body has followed-through with the physical effort.

You cannot outrun your fear. You need to face it, walk through it, then escape it. It is the only way.

And you must take action for all your fears. It will require lots of courage, but no more than you can spare.
