If you feel an urge to criticize anything you see, take a closer look at your attitude. You might be overreacting and pushing people away because of this.
Criticism is a slippery slope.
When things aren’t going too well for you, it might be tempting to transform everything around you into another cause for suffering. This is a simple case of misplaced perception.
Try to resist such an attitude. It becomes stronger the more you indulge it.
Instead, notice the good things. Encourage good behaviors, praise good behaviors, act and speak in good behavior.
Obsessive criticism can only harm. There is objective criticism that speaks to help. If you only mean to denigrate, choose to remain silent and burn away the feeling.
